العوامل المؤثرة على عملية تطبيق التعليم عن بعد بواسطة الانترنت لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات في المملكة العربية السعودية
الغرض من هذه الدراسة
كثر من الناس يتساءل ، ما هو التعليم عن بعد؟ وما هو بعد في العملية التعليمية والتدريبية في دور التعليم عن وبخاصة دور التعليم عن بعد المملكة العربية السعودية؟ لديها وعي بالجامعات السعودية، وهل الجهات التعليمية تام عن دور التعليم عن بعد وأثاره المستقبلية؟ وما مدى الذي أحدثه التقدم الهائل في تقنيات التعليم في حل التأثر يهمنا أسئلة كثيرة تحتاج إلى مشاكل التعليم في بلادنا؟ في هذا مجلدات لشرح القضية بكامل أبعادها ، ولكن ما تؤثر على البحث هو التعرف على أهم العوامل الإيجابية هيئة التدريس عملية تطبيق التعليم عن بعد والسلبية التي بالجامعات في المملكة بواسطة الإنترنت لدى أعضاء البحث على آراء أعضاء هيئة العربية السعودية، وكذلك على التركيز على حث التدريس تجاه التعليم التعرف الجهات التعليمية سواء عن بعد. كما يهمنا في هذا مستوى التعليم العام للمسارعة في التعليم العالي أو حتى خلالوذلك منفي تطبيق التعليم عن بعد : 1) التعرف على أهم صفات عضو هيئة التدريس. 2) عن التعرف على المعلومات العامة لدى عضو هيئة بعد بعد بصفة عامة والتعليم عن التدريس عن التعليم باستخدام الإنترنت بصفة خاصة. 3) التعرف على أهم العوامل التي من المحتمل أن تعيق التدريس من المشاركة في التعليم عن بعد عضو هيئة باستخدام الإنترنت. 4) التعرف على أهم العوامل التي من المحتمل أن تشجع التدريس على المشاركة في التعليم عن بعد عضو هيئة باستخدام الإنترنت. 5) التعرف على المواقف والآراء العامة لأعضاء هيئة التعليم عن بعد بصفة عامة والتعليم عن التدريس تجاه خاصةبعد باستخدام الإنترنت بصفة .
الجهات التي تم اختيارها للمشاركة في عملية البحث:
سوف يتم توزيع استبانة البحث على شريحة مختارة التدريس (محاضرين/محاضرات) في من أعضاء هيئة الجامعات التالية: 1) جامعة الملك عبد العزيز. 2) جامعة الملك سعود. 3) جامعة الملك فهد للبترول والمعدن.

The Purpose of this Study:
The purpose of this study is to investigate the critical factors related to the implementation of Web-based instruction by higher education faculty at three universities in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, King Saud University in Riyadh, King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Dhahran, and King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah.
This study proposes to (a) investigate what facilitating and impeding factors are affecting faculty decisions to either participate or not in WBI, (b) provide information about faculty characteristics and determine whether these characteristics affect participation in developing WBI, (c) provide information regarding the attitudes of faculty toward development and implementation of a distance education program in Saudi Arabia, and (d) provide insight into the key issues concerning adoption and sustainability of distance education in general and web-based instruction in particular.
The outcome of this study will be useful for Saudi universities and their faculty to identify which factors should be strengthened and which barriers must be considered as faculty move forward in developing WBI in Saudi Arabia. This research will also be helpful to Saudi universities by providing a comparison of what they are doing and what they could be doing to increase the involvement of their faculties in the online course process.
This study’s findings will offer Saudi universities information which will allow them to move forward in online education through the encouragement of faculty involvement. It will provide the criteria necessary for implementing an online education program which has faculty involvement and faculty support. The data derived will allow the Saudi universities to compare what they are currently doing with what they should be doing to involve faculty in the overall distance education process.
